Piggy Bank Engraving
Life was easier for the engraver if it were only pig banks to engrave, but your selection to fit your child's personality has exploded. Today, people can choose from race cars, front-end loaders, vaults, and pretty much anything else you can think of. Those that are silver-plated or have a pewter-like surface will engrave nicely.

How We Engrave Piggy Banks
We use diamonds to engrave the piggy banks. The process is called diamond drag engraving. We usually engrave the top of the bank near the coin slot. Most of the time, we put the child's name on one side of the slot and the birth date on the other. With the sport car banks and other novelty banks, we go for the largest and easiest area to see, such as the roof of the car.
